Central Government notifies an additional area of 0.97 hectares at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra - S.O. 1399(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2nd May, 2017 S.O. 1399(E).- WHEREAS, M/s. SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a Special Economic Zone for biotechnology at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below:- S.No. Notification No. Dated Area Notified Resultant Area (Area in hectares) 1. SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited, has now proposed to include an area of 0.97 hectares as a part of above Special Economic Zone; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 0.97 hectares , as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 17.0901 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table namely:- TABLE S.No. Village Survey No. Area in hectares 1.
