Central Government notifies an additional area of 4.1925 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the SEZ as 21.2826 hectares at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, Maharashtra - S.O. 3872(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st August, 2018 S. O. 3872(E).- WHEREAS, M/s. SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited, had proposed under Section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a Special Economic Zone for Biotechnology at Village Manjari Budruk, Taluka Haveli, District Pune, in the State of Maharashtra; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified the following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below:- S. SEZ Bio-Tech Services Private Limited has now proposed to include an area of 4.1925 hectares as a part of above Special Economic Zone and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 16th April, 2018; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 4.1925 hectares, as a part of above Special Economic Zone, thereby making total area of the Special Economic Zone as 21.2826 hectares, comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table namely:- TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA S.No. Village Survey No. Area in hectares 1.
