Amendment in Notification No. S.O.2914(E) dated the 13th November, 2014 - 49/2017 - Income Tax

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) (CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES) NOTIFICATION NO. 49/2017 New Delhi, the 9th June, 2017 (Income-tax) S.O. 1860(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 120 of the Income-tax Act (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes, vide number S.O.2914(E) dated the 13th November, 2014, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 13th November, 2014 namely:- 1.
