Amendment to notification No.93/2016-Customs(NT) dated 1st July, 2016 - 63/2017 - Customs - Non Tariff

Government of India Ministry of Finance Department of Revenue (Central Board of Excise and Customs) Notification No. 63/2017-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, the 30th June, 2017 S.O. 2057 (E). - In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 93/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated 1st July, 2016 published vide S.O. 2281(E) dated 1st July, 2016. In the Table to the said notification, against serial number 3, in column 3 for the existing entry, C.No.VIII/CCP/ICD/ENQ/HCL/112/09/Pt.XII dated 04.01.2011 shall be substituted.
