Central Government specifies all the officers of and above the rank of Director (Vigilance) of the State Vigilance Organisation, Government of Orissa u/s 138(1)(a)(ii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1129 DATED: 20-3-1991 In pursuance of sub-clause ( ii ) of clause ( a ) of sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies all the officers of and above the rank of Director (Vigilance) of the State Vigilance Organisation, Government of Orissa, for the purpose of the said sub-clause.
