NOTIFICATION COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAX GUJARAT STATE, AHMEDABAD Dated the 14, July, 2017 CORRIGENDUM Read: NO.EST/1/Jurisdiction/B.2052, Dated the 29th June, 2017 NO. EST/I/Jurisdiction/B.2359 In the notification cited above, the Officers and their jurisdiction over the local area were specified. Now, for the purposes of registration under sections 22 , 24 and 25 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax. Act, 2017 , the Commissioner of State Tax hereby amends the said notification as under: For the purposes of registration under sections 22 , 24 and 25 of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax. Act, 2017 , all Assistant Commissioners of State Tax and all State Tax Officers shall have jurisdiction over the whole of the State. Commissioner of State Tax Gujarat State, Ahmedabad
