HARYANA GOVERNMENT EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT Notification The 17th July, 2017 No. 59/ST-2.- In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017) , the Governor of Haryana, on the recommendations of the Council hereby makes the following amendments in the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 , namely:- Amendment In the Haryana Government, Excise and Taxation Department, Notification No. 36/ST-2, dated the 30th June, 2017 , in the Schedule, under column 3,- (i) against serial number 45, for the words and signs Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split , the words and signs Dried leguminous vegetables, shelled, whether or not skinned or split [other than put up in unit container and bearing a registered brand name] shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 148, for existing clause (vi), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:- (vi) Unbranded honey .
