Bihar Government Commercial Tax Department The 21st September 2017 S.O. 177. dated 21st September 2017 - In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Bihar hereby constitutes the State Level Screening Committee with its office in the premises of Commissioner Taxes Department, Bihar at Vikash Bhawan, Ground floor, Baily Road, Patna-800001 consisting of following officers, namely - (i) Shri Ranjeet Kumar, Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax, Bihar, (as nominated), and (ii) Dr. Pratima, Satish Kr. Verma, Additional Commissioner (GST), Commercial Taxes Department, Bihar, Patna.
