Uttar Pradesh Shasan Sansthagat Vitta, Kar Evam Nibandhan Anubhag-2 NOTIFICATION No.-KA.NI.-2-1404/XI-9(109)/17-U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(46)-2017 Lucknow : Dated : September 26, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-rule (2) of rule-123 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rule, 2017, the Governor is pleased to a State-level screening Committee to be known as Uttar Pradesh Anti-profiteering Screening Committee. The said Committee shall consist of- (a) one officer the State Government, to be nominated by the Commissioner, and (b) one officer of the Central Government to be by the Chief Commissioner. 2.
