Seeks to amend Notification No. 1142-F.T. dated 28/06/2017 for increasing monetary limit of Composition Levy - 1794-F.T.- 46/2017-State Tax - West Bengal SGST

Dated, Howrah, the 13th day of October, 2017 Notification No. 46/2017-State Tax In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (West Ben. XXVIII of 2017) the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased hereby to make the following amendments in this Department Notification No. 1142-F.T. dated 29.06.2017:- Amendments In the said notification,- (i) for the words seventy-five lakh rupees , the words, one crore shall be substituted; (ii) for the words fifty lakh rupees , the words, seventy-five lakh rupees shall be substituted.
