Notifies Arulmigu Viruthagiriswarar Temple , Virddhachallam, South Arcot District u/s 80G NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1059 DATED 4-3-1992 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies Arulmigu Viruthagiriswarar Temple, Virddhachallam-606 001, South Arcot District to be a place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of the said section.
