Notifies the Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple , Rameswaram, u/s 80G(2)(b) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.916 DATED 18-3-1993 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( b ) of sub-section (2) of section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple, Rameswaram, to be place of public worship of renown throughout the State of Tamil Nadu for the purpose of the said section.
