GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT Notification No. 002/2018 Dated Shillong, the 24th Jan, 2018. No. ERTS(T) 79/2017/Pt/43- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017) read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Meghalaya in the Excise, Registration, Taxation Stamps Department No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt./28, dated the 1st November, 2017, published in the Gazette of Meghalaya, Extraordinary, Part IIA, No. 222, dated the 21st November, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 5, in column (3), for the figures, letters and word 20 th January, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 22 nd January, 2018 shall be substituted.
