Amendments in the notification of the Government of Meghalaya in the Taxation Department, Notification No. ERTS(T)65/2017/22, dated 29.06.2017. - ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt/162 - Meghalaya SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT Notification Dated Shillong, the 29th Dec, 2017. No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt/162.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017) the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Meghalaya in the Taxation Department, Notification No. ERTS(T)65/2017/22, dated 29.06.2017, Published in the Gazette of Meghalaya Extraordinary Part-IIA No. 109 dated 5.7.2017, namely:- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph, - (a) in clause (i), for the words one per cent. , the words half per cent. shall be substituted; (b) in clause (iii), for the words half per cent. of the turnover , the words half per cent. of the turnover of taxable supplies of goods shall be substituted.
