COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT ------------ NOTIFICATION 31st March, 2018 S.O. - 33 Dated - 31st March, 2018-- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 (hereinafter referred to as said Rules ), the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby notifies that the provisions of rules 138 so far as they relate to generation of e-way bill, in respect of movement of the goods stated in column (3) of the Table below and within such area as mentioned in column (2) of the said Table shall not apply for the period starting from 1st April, 2018 till further order.
