GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT TGST Notification No. 7/2018 CCT s Ref No. A(1)/42/2018, Dt. 02-04-2018 Sub:- Extension of date for submitting the statement in FORM GST TRAN-2 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of sub-rule (4) of Rule 117 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with section 168 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner of State Tax, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the period for furnishing the statement in FORM GST TRAN-2 under sub-clause (iii) of clause (b) of sub-rule (4) of Rule 117 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 till the 30th day of June, 2018.
