Approves Ind Bank Housing Limited, Madras u/s 36(1)(viii) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.1406 DATED 31-5-1994 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( viii ) of sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, the Central Government hereby approves Ind Bank Housing Limited, 178, Kodambakkam High Road, Nungambakkam, Madras, for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1994-95, 1995-96 and 1996-97.
