Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur NOTIFICATION No. 23/2018-State Tax Naya Raipur, the 22 nd May 2018 No. F-10-23/2018/CT/V (37). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, on the recommendations of the Council, the following amendment in the notification no. 16/2018- State Tax, no. F-10-15/2018/CT/five (30) dated 23 rd March, 2018 of Commercial Tax Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, is hereby made, namely :- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column (3), for the figures, letters and word 20th May, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 22 nd May, 2018 , shall be substituted. 2.
