GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR FINANCE (TAXATION) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION NO.8/2018-GST [NO.CT/GST-14/2017/114], The 19 th May, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of Assam issued by Commissioner of State Tax. Assam vide No.CT/GST-14/2017/97 dated the 26 th March, 2018 (No.3/2018-GST), published in the Assam Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 159 dated the 26 th March, 2018. namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 1, in column (3), for the figures, letters and word 20 th May, 2018 . the figures, letters and word 22 nd May, 2018 shall be substituted.
