(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018) , the Central Government hereby appoints the day of 31 th July, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of Section 36 of the said Act shall come into force.
