Seeks to further amend the Notification No. 73/2005 - Customs, dated the 22nd July, 2005 and Notification No. 10/2008- Customs, dated the 15th January, 2008 to bring about necessary changes as per the second protocol amending the India Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement - 61/2018 - Customs -Tariff

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No. 61/2018-Customs New Delhi, 14th September 2018 G.S.R. 882 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table below shall be amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table, namely:- Sl.
