MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, 26th April, 2007 G.S.R. 313(E).- In exercise of power conferred by Section 15L read with Section 15N of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Arun Bhargava, IRS (IT) (Retired), as Member, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai for a period till he attains the age of sixty two (62) years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
