Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees) (Amendment) Rules, 2003. - F. No. 5/61/CM/2002-G.S.R. 530(E) - SEBIExtract MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (CAPITAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th July, 2003 G.S.R. 530(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 15 S read with clause (db) of sub-section (2) of section 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of officers and employees) Rules, 1997, namely: - 1. Short title and Commencement: (i) These rules may be called the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees) (Amendment) Rules, 2003. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Securities Appellate Tribunal (Salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and employees) Rules, 1997, for the Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:- SCHEDULE S.
