SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai. the 4th January, 2000 S.O. 8(E).- Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited, Stock Exchange Building, J. L. N. Marg, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur-302 017 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for three years ending on the 8th day of January, 2003 in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions as may be prescribed or imposed hereinafter.
