SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 1st September, 1999 S.O. 702(E).- Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as said Act) by Pune Stock Exchange Ltd, PMT Commercial Building, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune- 411004 (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange) and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the said Act, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for three years ending on the 1st day of September 2002, in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter.
