SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 19th May, 1999 S.O.354(E).- Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by Bhubaneswar Stock Exchange, A-22, Falcon House, Netaji Subash Marg, Bhubaneswar-751 006 and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for three years ending on the 04th day of June, 2002, in respect of contracts in securities.
