Modifies the condition l(c) in the Boards notification No. SO. 977(E) dated November 18, 1998 - S.O. No.192(E) - SEBI/LE/8865/99 - SEBI

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 30th March, 1999 S.O. No.192 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, the Securities and Exchange Board of India hereby modifies the condition l(c) in the Board's notification No. SO. 977(E) dated November 18, 1998 as under : In the said notification, in clause (c), for the condition, 1(c) Participating stock exchanges commence uniform trading and settlement cycle in tune with the trading and settlement cycle of the exchange the following shall be substituted, namely: 1(c) All the participating stock exchanges commence a uniform trading and settlement cycle which may be different from the trading and settlement cycle of the Interconnected Stock Exchange of India Limited.
