Amendment in Notification No S.O.862(E), dated the 12th December, 1997 u/s 35AC NOTIFICATION NO. 10633 DATED 2-7-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) , read with clause ( b ) of the Explanation to section 35AC of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Committee hereby amends the notification of Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) S.O.862(E), dated the 12th December, 1997 namely:- In the said notification in column 3, against Serial No. 6, for the words "Construction, furnishing and equipments of rural community hospital, canteen, dharmshala and staff quarters for hospital staff at Chennai, Tamilnadu", the words "Purchase and running of Willingdon Hospital, Chennai, Tamilnadu" shall be substituted
