CORRIGENDUM No. ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt.1/298. - In the notification of the Government of Meghalaya, ERTS Department, No.3/2019-State Tax issued vide No.ERTS(T) 65/2017/Pt.1/293, dated the 29th January, 2019, published in the Gazette of Meghalaya, Extraordinary, Part II A, vide number 81, dated the 16th February, 2019,- (i) at page 374, in para 19, for in instruction 12, for the words business verticals at both the places where they occur, the words places of business read in instruction 12, for the words business verticals at both the places where they occur, the words places of business and for the word vertical , the words place of business . (ii) at page 374, in para 21, for Note: - Your registration stands suspended with effect from ------(date). read Note: - Suspension of registration stands revoked with effect from ....... (date).
