Supersession of Notification No. S.O. 1179, dated the 8th April, 1965 - S.O. 766(E) - Income Tax

NOTIFICATION INCOME-TAX ACT, 1961 New Delhi, the 10th December 1973 S.O. 766(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (11) of section 132 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) and in supersession of Notification No. S.O. 1179, dated the 8th April, 1965, the Central Government hereby notified Shri B. K. Bagchi, Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) as the authority for the purposes of that sub-section. [No. 513/F. No.287/166/73-IT(Inv.)] J.
