Central Government appoints the 9th day of August, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Part IV of Chapter VI of the Finance (No.2) Act, 2019 shall come into force - S.O. 2900 - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Financial Services) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th August, 2019 S.O. 2900(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 147 of the Finance (No.2) Act, 2019 (23 of 2019) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of August, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Part IV of Chapter VI of the said Act shall come into force.
