GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: August 20,2019 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do. hereby makes the following further amendment in this department s notification No. F.12(46)FD/Tax/2017-Pt-III-06, dated the 23rd April, 2019, as amended from time to time, namely;- AMENDMENT In the said notification, for the existing figures, letters and words 21 st day of August, 2019 the figures, letters and words 21 st day of November, 2019 shall be substituted.
