Seeks to amend Notification No. 1026(E) dated 11th May, 2011 - S.O. 3219(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd September, 2019 S.O. 3219(E). -The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , hereby makes the following amendment in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Gazette Notification Numbers S.O. 1026(E) dated 11th May, 2011 for sector specific Special Economic Zone at at Greater Noida in the State of Uttar Pradesh by M/s. Artha Infratech Private Limited , namely:- In the paragraph 1 for the words Electronic Hardware and Software including information technology and information technology enabled services , the words information technology and information technology enabled services shall be substituted.
