[ G.O.Ms.No.397, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 13th September, 2019 .] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 16 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Service Tax Council, hereby make the following further amendments to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No.301, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, Dated 16.05.2019, as subsequently amended from time to time namely,- AMENDMENT In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the proviso, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of July, 2019 , the figures, letters and words, 31st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted.
