GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 43/2019 - State Tax Dated Shillong, the 30th September, 2019 No. ERTS (T) 4/2019/425 - In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso to the sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 10 of 2017), the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Meghalaya No. 14/2019-State Tax issued vide No. ERTS (T) 4/2019/44, dated the 7 th March, 2019, published in the Gazette of Meghalaya, Extraordinary, Part IIA, vide number 139, dated the 19 th March, 2019, namely :- In the said notification, in the table, after Sl. No. 2 and the entries thereto, the following Sl. No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:- 2A 2202 10 10 Aerated Water ; This notification shall come into force on the 1 st October, 2019. S. A.
