(A R)-2/GST/PWR/STO/Section/2017-18/ADM-8. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of section 5 read with clause (91) of section 2 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Commissioner of State Tax, Maharashtra State, hereby with effect from 21st November 2019, makes the following amendments in the Order No. D.C. (A R)-2/GST/PWR/Section/2017-18/ADM-8, dated the 4th December 2018, published in Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part I, Extra-ordinary No. 77, dated 5th December 2018, namely :- In the Schedule appended to the said Order,- In column (c) after Sr. No. 2 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely :- (3) Rule 138E. .
