Amendment in Notification No. 4/2018– State Tax, dated the 20th February, 2018 - 4/2020 – State Tax - Jharkhand SGST

COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT Notification No. 4/2020 State Tax S.O. No. 16 Dated- 21th April, 2020 -- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department No. 4/2018 State Tax, dated the 20th February, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 10, dated the 20th February, 2018, namely: In the said notification, in the third proviso for the figures, letters and word 10th January, 2020 , the figures, letters and word 17th January, 2020 shall be substituted. 2. No. 8 dated the 10.02.2020.
