No. GST.1020/C.R.47/Taxation-1 .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and in supersession of the Government Notification, Finance Department, No. MGST.1017/C.R.146/Taxation-1, dated 7th September, 2017, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby, re-constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following officers, namely :- (a) Additional Commissioner of State Tax-1, Mumbai, Maharashtra State; (b) Additional Commissioner, Central GST, Audit-II Commissionerate, Mumbai Zone, Government of India.
