GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) No F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020(Part-II) Dated, Agartala the 23/07/2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017) read with rule 3 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the rules), made vide notification No. F.1-11(91)-TAX/GST/2020, dated the 6 th July, 2020, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide number 1532, dated the 6 th July, 2020, the Government. hereby appoints the 8 th day of June, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the rules, shall come into force.
