GOVERNMENT OF KARNATAKA No.FD 03 CSL 2020 Karnataka Government Secretariat, Vidhana Soudha, Bengaluru, dated: 31/08/2020 NOTIFICATION (30/2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Karnataka Act No.23 of 2019) the Government of Karnataka hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of Section 10 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Karnataka Act No.23 of 2019), shall come into force.
