FINANCE (REVENUE-I) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 19th November, 2020 No 39/2019- State Tax No. F. 3(58 )/Fin(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/162. -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (ii) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019), the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1st day of September, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of section 13 the said Act, shall come into force.
