Amendment in Notification No. 47/2019-State Tax, dated the 9th October, 2019 - 77/2020 - State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, District-Raipur Notification No. 77/2020 - State Tax Atal Nagar, the 28 th October 2020 No. F 10-81/2020/CT/V(114).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 47/2019-State Tax, No. F-10-41/2019/CT/V(103), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 9 th October, 2019, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 680, dated the 21th October, 2019, namely : - In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19 , the words and figures financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 shall be substituted. 2.
