Amendment in Notification No. S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992 - Appoints the persons as Chairman and Member of the Board (SEBI) - S.O. 4796(E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (FINANCIAL MARKET DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st December, 2020 S.O. 4796(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of Sub-Section 1 of Section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Economic Affairs, number S.O. 147(E) dated 21st February, 1992 namely:- In the said Notification, against serial number 3, for the existing entry, the following shall be substituted, namely:- M.
