Amendment in Notification No. G.O. Ms. No. 72, dated the 10th December, 2020 - G.O. Ms. No. 6 - Puducherry SGST

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY COMMERCIAL TAXES SECRETARIAT (G.O. Ms. No. 6, Puducherry, dated 22nd April 2021) NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 6 of 2017) [hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act], the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby makes the following Amendments in the notification of the Commercial Taxes Secretariat, Government of Puducherry issued vide G.O. Ms. No. 72, dated the 10th December, 2020, published in the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary Part-I, No. 177, dated the 10th December, 2020, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figure, letters and words 1st day of April , the figure, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted. 2.
