EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 5th May, 2021 No. EXN-F(10)-4/2021 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 123 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, is hereby pleased to constitute the Standing Committee on Anti-Profiteering to make recommendations for appropriate utilization of the money credited to the Consumer Welfare Fund for welfare of the consumers, consisting of the following officers, namely:- Sr. No. Name of Officer Designation 1.
