Uttar Pradesh Shasan Rajya kar Anubhag -2 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-491/XI-2-21-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(177)-2021 dated May 21, 2021. NOTIFICATION No.- 491/XI-2-21-9(47)/17-U.P. Act-1-2017-Order-(177)-2021 Lucknow: Dated: May 21, 2021 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (U.P. Act no 1 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in notification No.-1404/XI-2-20-9(47)/17 U.P.Act-1-2017-Order-(169) 2020- Dared 22th December, 2020, namely: In the said notification, - (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31 st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01 st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1 day of July , shall be substituted.
