Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 17 th June 2021 No. F A 3-48-2019-1-V-(38). -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 128 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department s notification No. F A 3-48-2019- 1-V-(09) dated 23 rd February 2021, namely :- In the said notification,- (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31 st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01 day of April , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of July , shall be substituted. 2.
