Amendment in Notification No. 16/2021/6(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-89 dated 7th January, 2021 - 284/2021/01(120)/XXVII(8)/2021 - Uttarakhand SGST

Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 284/2021/01(120)/XXVII(8)/2021 Dehradun : Dated: 12, May, 2021 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, No.16/2021/6(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-89 dated 7 th January, 2021, namely :- In the said notification : - (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31 st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30 th day of June shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01 st day of April , the figures, letters and words 01 st day of July shall be substituted.
