Amendment in Notification No. 89/2020 – State Tax dated the 31st March, 2021 - 06/2021– State Tax - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-IV) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 20th July, 2021 No. 06/2021 State Tax No. F. 3(103)/Fin.(Exp-IV)/2021-22/DS-IV/580 .-In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 3 of 2017), Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance, (Expenditure-IV), No. 89/2020 State Tax dated the 31st March, 2021, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, published vide No. F.3 (86)/Fin.(Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS-IV/308, dated the 31 st March, 2021 namely: - In the said notification, (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
