Seeks to constitute the West Bengal Screening Committee for Anti-profiteering designation-wise in supersession of notification No. 1639-F.T. dated 14.09.2017 - 697–F.T. - West Bengal SGST

GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL FINANCE DEPARTMENT REVENUE NOTIFICATION No. 697 F.T., the 13th day of July, 2021 . In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and in supersession of notification No. 1639-F.T., dated 14.09.2017 except as things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Governor is pleased hereby to constitute the West Bengal Screening Committee on anti-profiteering consisting of the officers having the following designations: (a) The Special Commissioner of Revenue, W.B. in charge of Law Section of the Directorate of Commercial Taxes, and (b) The Principal Commissioner / Commissioner, CGST CX, Kolkata South Commissionerate.
